Are the products kids’ friendly ?

Most products are safe but we have to warn you from hazard issues due to security measure when dealing with small items.
A choking hazard is any object that could be caught in a child’s throat blocking their airway and making it difficult or impossible to breathe.
Infants and young children naturally put things in their mouth. When they begin to crawl, small objects that you normally wouldn’t notice are key targets for them to put in their mouth and can make them suffocate. To ensure a safe environment watch out for these objects or objects similar to these: Latex balloons, coins, toys with small parts, toys that can be compressed to fit entirely into a child’s mouth, strings, Pen or marker caps, Small balls, Button batteries, Hair barrettes and beads.
Latex balloons are a leading cause of choking deaths to children who are 8 years of age or younger. Children inhale latex balloons (mostly while trying to inflate them) or choke on their broken pieces. Latex is dangerous because it is a smooth material and can conform to the child’s throat, blocking the airway and making it impossible to breathe.
To be safe, never allow young children to play with latex balloons. Throw immediately away little pieces of any broken balloon. Ideally inflate your balloons with a pump. If you want them to participate give them instead the shiny Mylar foil balloons, easier to inflate and tend not to burst into pieces. Latex can also cause allergies, if it is the case in your family, prefer Deenchic’s Mylar foil balloons.

Yes. At DEENCHIC we want the highest levels of security. Our website uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
 

Estimated shipping time

Latest estimated delivery times :
France : 3-5 business days (no shipping on weekends)
Europe : 5-8 business days (no shipping on weekends)
UK and International: 6-30 business days according to your country (no shipping on weekends)
The carrier contacts you via email or messages on your phone. Please check your Junk/spams regularly and answer your phone to non-registered numbers, it might be your carrier.
 

Estimated shipping cost

Low cost shipping for a Standard delivery starts at 4,90€ for France and Belgium, 3,92€ for stickers and very light and small items. Keep in mind that books are heavier so most of them will have a shipping cost around 8-9€.
The average cost for Europe turns around 15-17€ (18-22€ for UK since Brexit) and around 25-50€ for International shipping. Additional charges may apply on oversized items and remote locations.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship in Europe and worldwide (UK included see below).
For Europe you have the choice between Colissimo International, Mondial Relay for some countries only, and UPS.
Depending on the customs on both arrival and departure countries, packages can be delayed a few days longer than estimated shipping times.

We will provide you a tracking number, please check in the carrier’s website or your respective country's postal service tracking with the same tracking number. Customers are encouraged to follow up with the respective country's postal service and customs.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all his country’s local customs, tariffs, duties and taxes upon receiving the order (mainly non-EU countries). We have no means of action for jurisdictions outside France and Europe.
Any orders refused by customers upon delivery will be subject to return handling fees.
Any orders returned due to customs will be subject to return handling fees.
The restocking / handling fee will be of 8€ in case items were returned due to wrong address provided during checking out or refused at delivery or items not picked up in a timely manner, plus any additional fee charged by the carrier for returning the parcel.
Risk of loss
Deenchic will not be responsible for any damage or loss for items returned by the buyer. In any case, please contact us to advice you : info@deenchic.com.
 

Do you ship in UK ?

UK : please be reminded that the Brexit changed the shipping modalities. Now UK citizen have to pay taxes on all their purchases from Europe. When the parcel will be delivered as it is already the case for items from the USA or any other foreign country, the new UK VAT will be applied by your customs on all incoming goods. We advice to buy several items and group your purchase with family and friends to share the costs.

I have an issue with my order, parcel

If you are having technical problems, lack of stock due to an error in inventory etc or an item is missing, email us : info@deenchic.com. We will propose you a solution.
 

How can I return a product ?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days maximum of the delivery date.

If the reason is that the item was damaged, take immediately a photo of the damaged product.
Include your order number to be returned, and reason for return.
Also note your name and phone number.
We will respond within 48 business hours business days to assist you with your request.
Deenchic reserves the right to limit returns on large quantity orders, sales or seasonal closeouts. 
Items must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Returned shipping must be paid by buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund minus original shipping will be issued to the original payment account used to make payment (or other) or an exchange can be made.
If product was defective at the first place, original shipping cost will be also refunded provided that all the elements of the items in their original packaging are also returned in good conditions.
The restocking / handling fee will be of 8€ in case items were returned due to wrong address provided during checking out or refused at delivery or items not picked up in a timely manner. It will be 15% from 4 items and also for simple cancellations.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Within the next 2 hours following the purchase, send us an email to explain the reasons of the modification or cancellation. Due to the quick processing time at our distribution center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after the first two hours.
 
Can I download your art, copy or videos… for my own use, masjid’s use or Islamic school use ?
Deenchic and its business partners own all of the rights in and to the art, flash design, text, music, and sound used on our web site. Generally, we do not allow downloading art, images, text, music, or sound from our website. There are exceptions to this rule, and under certain circumstances we will grant permission for you to copy Deenchic owned art or copy. If you would like to copy something from our web site, please send us an email info@deenchic.com.
 

What Quran versions do you use?

We use a mix of many different versions of the Quran available in print today may they be in pure Arabic or in French or English transliteration in addition with various Tafsir books along with many others that are all available in major Islamic bookstores.
